Soft bumps in joints

I get bumps in weird places. These are not the hard nodules that I

have on the bony part of my joints, but soft ones on the inside of my

joints.

I have one on my left foot between the heel and ball, on on the

inside of my left elbow, one on the radious of my right wrist and the

inside of my right knee.

Any ideas?
