Guest guest
Hi everybody. I have been giving this alot of thought lately. How healthy is my physician? Yes! I am talking about the person I entrust my health care too. Do our doctors have it all together when it comes to their own health? Do they bike, swim, run? Probably not. Do they have bodies that demonstrate they are worthy of giving us advice? Most fail there too. So why do we listen to them? Seriously. I certainly wouldn't pay someone to care for my garden if their own garden was full of weeds. The doctor who prescribed cholesterol drugs to me was not physically active, was a poor example, and I feel ashamed for entrusting my heart health to this person. Now I know why doctors wear those loose white lab coats. Its to hid their out of shape bodies from their patients. From now on, I only take health advice who is more fit than myself. There is a doctor at UT Health center in Tyler Texas who is very fit. Very muscular, rides bikes, and very active. He does a TV spot each week and offers sound health advice that is focused on lifestyle. I respect this man very much.
