Guest guest
Today's Dallas Morning News featured a front-page story about a young Parkinson's patient who's regained his life due to the off-label use of an old medication. I'm writing the reporter who wrote the story to suggest to him that there's a possibly better alternative for this man and so many others suffering from not only Parkinson's, but from virtually every other autoimmune disease, from Parkinson's to Multiple Sclerosis, to Lupus; all things involving a malfunctioning immune system. It's LDN, or Low Dose Naltrexone. It, unlike lithium, is remarkably free of side effects, and has a much greater number of diseases that it can treat as well. Although my rheumatologist agrees that my illness was caused by the 80 mg. Lipitor that poisoned me, I'm still trying to find a doctor who isn't joined at the hip with Big Pharma to prescribe it for me, for my food allergies and other moderate to severe autoimmune problems. I'm emailing the reporter to give him a heads-up on the LDN, in the hope he'll do his own research and break the silence on LDN. http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent/dws/news/localnews/stories/081608dnmetparkinsons.4e323abf.html----- Fight back spam!
