One will say " a drink loaded with Vit B's. " Another says that it has very little Vit B. Do you know what is in it and what it does for your body? Does it continuelly detox the body? There is so much to learn. At this point all I seem to know is when I drink it I FEEL GOOD. On the days I don't (which are few and far between) I feel sluggish. And one more perk it is so much fun!!! When the KT gets a bit too sour, try adding a bit of fruit juice ( not to the brew pot but to the finished brew) some folks even just add a bit of the sweet tea.
