Guest guest
Don...just wondering if your treating primary provider ever discussed breathing techniques, relaxation techniques or meditation with you?? (all of them carry over into the rest of your day) A lot of people actually forget, frequently, to breath during the day. (that was me) I ask because mine never did...discuss any of those...just prescribed pills...I never filled the RX. (now they ask me if I am still non-compliant when they see me) I have also used a Bio-feedback program from The Wild Divine Project that does wonders for my HBP Gayle Re: Re: taking benadryl for KT reactions - Kind of OT >I can't help but to put my un-educated 2 cents worth in here. Guest guest
no...no and wait, let me think....no. She would give me heroine if I asked for it. She is young, just a few years out of med school, etc. I'm sure I forget to breath.... I catch myself doing it. When that happens, sometimes I feel like my head will blow off. I can see I have a lot of research to do...as for the bp pill... my wildest dream would be to throw that away....someday...
