Hi Melody and EveryOne,

I read once that Kombucha is sold for fiber in Japan. Not sure in what

form but evidently consuming the Kombucha Colony is a good source of

edible fiber.

If you Kombucha tea is bottled and sealed in glass you need to either

open it daily or put it somewhere safe. Especially with children you

don't want it to explode and send glass shards flying. If you open the

bottles every day it should be OK but please don't leave it longer

than that. While some batches may never explode you never know when

one of your bottles will.
