Guest guest
BLACK WALNUT- The dried and ground green hull of the Black Walnut contains tannin which is an organic iodine as well as juglandin, juglone and juglandic acids. It has been used for centuries to expel various types of worms including parasites that cause skin irritations - such as ringworm. It oxygenates the blood, which also helps to kill parasites. Black Walnut is very effective against tapeworms, pinworms, candida albicans (yeast infections) and malaria. It is also effective in reducing sugar levels, and helping the body rid itself of toxins. Although the reference to ringworm as a parasite is off, the use of Black Walnut, as a cure for ringworm is very valid from the searching I did after I read your message. Guest guest
In my opinion, a fungus is a parasite. It may grow differently, but a parasite is something that feeds off a host. That's what ringworm does. It feeds off of a human (or animal) body. I think your parasite cleanse is fine Ana . If you know that it works and it's natural, I wouldn't worry about people wanting to split hairs. It sound like a good company to me. Guest guest
To be honest that was my personal definition as well, but it is good to be skeptical. Whether the site was wrong for referring to it as such or not, I just wanted others who were reading to be clear as to what was being called a remedy for ringworm and to know that it is in fact a valid claim. I happen to feel really comfortable with what is in Humaworm and my doctor didn't have any problems with the herbs for me or my 4 y/o dd. ~Ana From: kombucha tea [mailto:kombucha tea ] On Behalf Of Heinz Sent: Monday, January 21, 2008 5:16 PM kombucha tea Subject: Re: OT Humaworm In my opinion, a fungus is a parasite. Guest guest
Hello, Gul, the parasite cleanse I'm doing has black walnut hulls (among other things) in a capsule. I don't know if you'd get the same effects from drinking a tea, although I have heard of folks using black walnut hull in enema form. Black Walnut hulls kill only certain parasites - that's why you often see it mixed with cloves and wormwood in parasite cleanse formulas. If you're interested in parasite cleansing, you might google 'Dr. Hulda '. My husband and I are doing a colon cleanse right now that includes parasite treatment - it is called Colonix. The same company makes a detox formula called Toxinout that we're also doing. It is one of the better and gentlest cleanses I've done and we're most of the way through the first month. Well, that's the extent of my sales pitch, lol, I swear I'm not affiliated with that company! Nina
Guest guest
Gul - are you talking about black walnut? I am not sure how that one would taste, but getting a premade parasite cleanse would probably cover more bases. If you would combine black walnut and wormwood you would have a pretty good wormer for yourself, though. Wormwood is so disgustingly bitter - ugh. Never try making tea. You will gag. But if you buy empty clear capsules from a health store or online, you can do a half and half of wormwood and black walnut in the capsules and take a couple a day. A place to buy herbs with fantastic prices is www.bulkherbstore.com sarah > Hi, I have the herb , Do you make tea out of that to get rid of the parasites? Guest guest
Hello Sara and Nina, I did Dr. Schulze' colon cleansing 2 months ago. I have some empty capsules at home and the black walnut, may be i should get some wormwood and mix them and put them in capsules and use like that.. Thanks for your replies... Guest guest
Cloves are helpful too!! You could grind up a few (or even just crushed small enough to fit in your capsules) and add it to the mix. Good luck! Guest guest
The cloves help kill off the eggs. The wormwood and black walnut are for adults and larvae. Make sure your cloves are freshly ground, not something that has been sitting on a store shelf already ground. I ground ours then put in the freezer, capsuled up. I made enough for several days at a time. Gayla Always Enough Ranch Acampo, California http://bouncinghoofs.com/alwaysenough.html aeranch@... Re: Re: OT Humaworm > Cloves are helpful too!! Guest guest
Great tip Gayla, my materia medica is constantly growing. I never had this prob till I traveled to India in 04 and 05. Now it's an on going prob. I've been using Dr Ron Schmids' parasite tonic and it has killed off one kind of parasite (maybe just adult)...not sure what it was, but now, it's another kind (think pinworms)...what a topic. But I appreciate your insight. I bought my little capsule maker kit and boy is it fun to be able to combine my own herbal remedies and so much less expensive. Would an 00 size capsule work for this ok? Thanks, Diane > > The cloves help kill off the eggs. The wormwood and black walnut are for adults and larvae. Guest guest
Any size capsules will work. Worms generally have 21 day hatching cycle, so do your treatments for 21 days or more. Good luck! Good luck! > Gayla Thanks Gayla, Would you consider doing the black walnut/sweet wormwood, etc tincture along with the ground cloves capsules; treating the adult as well as the eggs w/in the same 21 day period? Since it's hard to know what stage is active when. I've just stay on a continuous cleanse but have only been using the black walnut, etc tincture (drrons.com parasite tincture). When I feel a repreave I stop till it starts again. I thought I'd made some headway, until I ate some raw meat...I think that may have started a new cycle and a new parasite...oh my. Thanks for your insight. Diane
Guest guest
I am by no means an expert, but I would do what Hulda recommends and use all three at once. That eliminates all stages of worms. Her treatment made a huge difference for us. Gayla Always Enough Ranch Acampo, California http://bouncinghoofs.com/alwaysenough.html aeranch@...
