Patty, I lost 55 lbs with Kefir and Kt and also got stuck, its been several

months now, have not gained any of it back, but not lost any more. Other

things have been happening like redistribution of the weight, improved bodily

functions ( gee wasn't that a nice creative way to put it LOL ) I

consider it my " holding pattern " and once my body gets thru with its current

business I have no doubt that the weight will begin dropping once again. Yes

Fat weighs less than muscle - dropping a dress size is wonderful- thats what

the rest of the world sees anyway- not many of us go around with our latest

scale reading pasted on our foreheads or anywhere else for that matter. *G*

" Yes Fat weighs less than muscle ..... " Not true dear friends, a pound is a

pound is a pound. Fat is LARGER in mass, muscle is dense, therefore smaller. I

don't ever get on a scale anymore, just try on my favorite jeans and watch the

waistband get looser and looser. KT has been a god send in my life, and I love

reading your posts, thanks everybody.
