Guest guest
Hi Dee, I was cleaning out my KT folder and found this and wanted to respond even though it was so late. You have probably gotten your water grains by now and have your answer, but my slightly educated opinion is that all of these fermented foods will help with cravings. I have not tried water kefir yet because it seems a little more complicated than I am interested in, and my kitchen is really starting to look like a science lab with my 5 gallons of KT brewing, my gallon of milk kefir….I hardly have any counter space left! But honestly, I am still amazed at my lack of sugar craving. I am starting to read more about Candida and the symptoms of its overgrowth and I realize that is where my problems lay. I have a bag FULL of chocolates here from Christmas that I have barely given a second look. That NEVER would have happened a few months ago. I am also shrinking like you wouldn’t believe. I work out all the time, but for the past 2 years, after a 60 pound weight loss, I was unable to get any progress. I just couldn’t control my eating. I ate constantly and was never satisfied. Since KT and kefir I loosing inches all over the place and my stomach belies the fact that I EVER had a child! LOL. And I can actually go for a few hours and not eat! It’s like my entire metabolism and therefore appetite has been reset. I know this is more info than you asked for, but I have never felt so happy and healthy and I KNOW it is because of KT and kefir. If only I could get EVERYONE I love to try it….. I'm like you...given a choice, I'd live on candy... YIKES!
