Zoe,

I just wanted to thank you for posting this. It stuck in my head after I

first read it and last week my honey tried to give me a HORRIBLE cold. He

was so sick with a fever and all kinds of other nasty symptoms. I felt it

getting in my head and put about a teaspoon or so of grains in my evening

smoothie and every bit if that cold left my body. I didn't get so much as

the sniffles!

Thanks again for the super tip!

Marge, kefir grains in your drink is actually a good thing. The grains have

even more of the good stuff than the actual kefir. I eat the grains at the

first sign of a cold and the cold never develops.
