Those sugar cravings are actually a sign that the KT is working for you.

Candida feeds on sugar, when it feels threatened it will trigger those cravings

so you will feed it. Yes UP the amount you drink.

I used it as a douche- ONCE was enough to do the job. Put some on a Q-tip and

swab your ears. Put some on a cloth and bathe your skin in it. Gargle with

it. Anything you can do to get it everywhere that nasty yeasy beastie might

reside. I found using the scoby to be rather cumbersome, but I do have some

Paste around for wound care. Once you get the candida under control, those

cravings will subside.
