Guest guest
Those sugar cravings are actually a sign that the KT is working for you. Candida feeds on sugar, when it feels threatened it will trigger those cravings so you will feed it. Yes UP the amount you drink. I used it as a douche- ONCE was enough to do the job. Put some on a Q-tip and swab your ears. Put some on a cloth and bathe your skin in it. Gargle with it. Anything you can do to get it everywhere that nasty yeasy beastie might reside. I found using the scoby to be rather cumbersome, but I do have some Paste around for wound care. Once you get the candida under control, those cravings will subside. zoe > I have systemic candida. Guest guest
Zoe, I can't say thanks enough. That Candida is like a monkey on my back. However, after gaining wisdom and insight through all the information today I feel like I am on the road. I did start upping my intake. Every time I had a sugar craving I drink a shot or two of KT. However, is still gave in and ate sugary foods. I will do better tomorrow. It is so hard. People don't get it they even laughed at my cravings. I am a thin person so I think they see it like I'm complaining for weight reasons. For me it is the control that bothers me, or lack of. Thankfully this batch was more vinegary and now I will make sure the future ones are. I love it so much I could drink it all day. Thanks for your help, Ballwin, MO Re[7]: Re: Confessions of a Newbie+ Blood Pressure, Hawthorn and home made funnels! Those sugar cravings are actually a sign that the KT is working for you.
