I use 3-5 blossoms per 1/2 gallon and leave it set for at least 24 hrs before

drinking.

Your procedure is very helpful, thank you! I am still a little lost on

secondary fermentation...when you put the tea and flowers into the bottles, you

let it sit @ room temp for a while, or do you just put them in the fridge?
