However, I have to say due to all you wise people out there they have been answered. So, here it is.....I usually put my bottled KT in the fridge, but I decieded to leave it on the counter due to lack of fridge space. I thought I had read that many of you never put it in the fridge. Anyway, it has been 2 days and I think it is forming scobies. Could it be. I don't strain mine, I don't mind the ooglies. But I don't think it is the ooglies, it is more like a begining of a scoby. That I did have to scoop out before drinking, to much for me. So the question is...... can it be? is it normal? and why? I don't see it in the Grolsh bottes but I do have it in the mason jars.
