Guest guest
Hi I just want to add a personal observation. I do not, yet, use ACV. I do drink KT ( Thanks again Zoe for the SCOBY and MKG) a lot about a liter a day and I am watching myself not to drink more lol... Most natural treatments or remedies are slow in their actions.. They must bring back things to where they should be; They usually do not mask very well the body warnings, the symptoms. Not too many of these work instantly (although some do in a rather spectacular fashion), something we have come to expect from " medicines " ... Give it a try be patient, take it in small doses, really small doses.. The body can heal itself.. Try to not mask the symptoms which is what most of the " Big Pharma " drugs do: The discomfort goes away while what causes it is still active and often striving, waiting to cause more problems... In some instances, alleviating the pain or discomfort could be the ONLY recourse , in most it is not. Nutrition is key in the healing process ( I will add exercise as well). The body is built and maintained with what we eat and if we do not eat right (which by the way does not mean to ingest unsavory and awful tasting stuff).. it is difficult if not impossible to be healthy, free of diseases... A truism.. but we are what we eat. KT is a good cleaner.. it takes bad things out and bring a few goodies in.. if we continue to bring inside more " baddies " , the system shall be overwhelmed.. it is simple arithmetic: Sorry to be so long but reclaiming health is a slow, involved and worthy process.. It has to be ongoing not a once-in-a-while affair.. I am not too sure current Big Pharma and their allies are about making us healthy and off their ware.. it almost seems ( I am being nice) that it is quite the contrary... We are for them a constant source of revenues as loong as we take their drugs... it never ends and it is far from inexpensive, thus their wealth... I am switching this off there is so much to say about this... There is a recipe on the side of the bottle that tells you how to make an ACV cocktail, it is quite tasty. zoe > Lonnie, > I appreciate the thought but ACV or in fact most acidic drinks have me > doubled over in agony. > I've tried the herbal route (meadowsweet, liquorice and marshmallow root) > and that helped a little, but ACV was...unpleasant. --------------------------------- Never miss a thing. Guest guest
, KT has assisted in allowing me to say good bye to my BP medicine and several other OTC that I was previously dependent on. I cannot tell you how much better I feel since being OFF those medications. The balance of that equation is Kefir both milk and water, plus ACV and cayenne tincture and Virgin Coconut Oil. All of them have worked together in bringing balance and harmony to my body. Which one does what is very hard to say since I began them all within a very short time span. I can tell you that if I abstain from any one of them for any length of time at all I begin to feel not so good again. zoe > I can't help but to put my un-educated 2 cents worth in here. > First of all I am very new to all of this.
