, KT has assisted in allowing me to say good bye to my BP medicine

and several other OTC that I was previously dependent on.

I cannot tell you how much better I feel since being OFF those medications.

The balance of that equation is Kefir both milk and water, plus ACV and

cayenne tincture and Virgin Coconut Oil.

All of them have worked together in bringing balance and harmony to my body.

Which one does what is very hard to say since I began them all within a very

short time span. I can tell you that if I abstain from any one of them for

any length of time at all I begin to feel not so good again.
