Re: O. T. Kefir. Can't answer the questions Marge, but I once heard it said ,supposedly correctly. I think it was on " Dom's Kefir page " . Like you, my version rhymes with heifer and will probably stay doing so (Old dogs, new tricks), but I think the purists say it like Kefeer N.
