Hi Irina,

Time will tell whether or not you have normal growth or mold. Wait and

see but please do not drink any Kombucha that had mold on it. Some

molds are toxic and some are not but there is no reason to take the

chance.

If you have any Kombucha tea from a previous batch that was not

exposed to mold you can start another batch while waiting to see what

happens with the one you are concerned about.
