Hi All,

I'm thinking of buying a glass water dispenser with plastic spigot for

continuous brewing. I've been reading this forum the past few days

and decided that continuous brewing would fit into my busy schedule

the best.

Questions I have:

1. Do I need to get a heating mat if my house is 68 F?

2. Do I really need a SCOBY? I was thinking of buying some GT's to

start my brewing.

3. If yes, then does anyone here live near Huntington Beach, CA?

Thanks much for your help.

Lynn

Make sure the opening on your container is big enough to remove the scoby if

needed. Those little holes won't work.

Thanks Gayla.

Does anyone have an extra SCOBY they're willing to send me? I'll

pay for postage.
