I have a mild case of rosacea - tend to get red in the cheeks,

especially when I am emotionally upset, am in a warm room, or drink

alcohol. I have been drinking Kombucha for a little less than a month

and the redness seems to be gone. I also had developed a sort of

bumpy red rash on my cheek which has faded almost to the point of

being completely indistinguishable.

thanks for that. I had rosacea quite badly and got rid of about 80% of it

through a combination of chinese herbs and diet. I now just have a very red

nose, which fortunately I can cover up with foundation, but I would like to get

rid of it altogether. I have only had a couple of glasses of KT so far, but it

looked as if my nose was getting redder! Hence my query, however your experience

is encouraging so I might persevere.
