This sounds wonderful Patty and would probably work IF organic meant

anything these days.

Once upon a time it did have a meaning that we all understood, but today the

rules have been slackened

and even eliminated in order to let BigAG jump on this bandwagon. You need

to be very careful and ask questions from the right folks ( not the ones

trying to sell you something)

How is this different that what we just stated? Methinks you made an erroneous

assumption and jumped to conclusions. The FACT is that when you turn your fat

into muscle you will lose mass, but your weight will remain the same or even

Increase. Where did we say a pound of Fat weighs less than a pound of

muscle ? We didn't and that assumption is just ludicrous.

Please note the following post that I got this statement from......this was not

meant to insult anybody, I was just stating a factoid.

Patty, I lost 55 lbs with Kefir and Kt and also got stuck, its been several

months now, have not gained any of it back, but not lost any more. Other things

have been happening like redistribution of the weight, improved bodily functions

( gee wasn't that a nice creative way to put it LOL ) I consider it my " holding

pattern " and once my body gets thru with its current business I have no doubt

that the weight will begin dropping once again. Yes Fat weighs less than muscle

- dropping a dress size is wonderful- thats what the rest of the world sees

anyway- not many of us go around with our latest scale reading pasted on our

foreheads or anywhere else for that matter. *G*

I think you are misreading what she is saying. She is not saying that

1 lb of fat weighs less than 1 lb of muscle, but rather amounts....For

example, if you took a 6 " X 6 " piece of muscle and an identical sized

piece of fat, the piece of muscle would weigh more. That's all either

of us meant. Another way to look at it: The ideal way to measure Body

Fat is in the water, fat floats, muscle sinks.
