This book talks about using herbal remedies that you can read up on

like for herbal medicinal tea but uses it while brewing your kt to in

his words bring it more in tune to your body. He says not to keep using

the mushroom just use it for 2 batches cause it changes the mushroom.

So I was suggesting to use your extra mushrooms to brew uo your kt

herbal remedy and store it for the day you need it. He uses 4-6

tablespoons per 4 liters of traditional herbal remedies.He also talks

about chakras that are opened up etc. . But really you can find this
