long brew

i have had brew on now for 6 weeks , untouched, not disturbed at all ,

steady temp of 78/79 degrees, hoping to taste at the weekend, scobie is

at least one & a half thick,no mold, not really had time to bottle up

only a 3 litre brew. i have only been brewing 6 mth, so all this is new

to me.
