I have candida so take this amount 3 times a day I have also started rinsing my hair in ACV about 2 tbsp in a glass of warm water over the sink. I don't know how many times a week people do this. I have been doing it on the days between washing my hair. It seems to work Definitely happy with this, seems very therapeutic! --------------------------------- Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Try it now. Guest guest
Not sure if there was a reply so.................... Braggs is the brand. Acv is apple cider vinegar. Simply the best in my opinion. We use it for many things. Some people say wash your hair just twice a week so how do you fit ACV in there? Would you use it just once a week? Best Regards Lee
Guest guest
Hi Lee, I used to use Acv so much more before my kt days. I would use it as a rinse for my hair and on my hands. Now I use kt. I works better and if acidic enough it will not be sticky. I use kt on my face and even clean my ears with a qtip dipped in it. I still use Acv in salads and as a drink, recipe on bottle, but if I have enough kt I use that in place. I would try Acv or kt as a hair rinse once a week and if it seems to be a good experence I would try upping it to twice a week. However, make sure you are taking in enough oil, omegas to help with dryness. I will assume you are drinking plenty of water. Hope this answers your questions.
