Guest guest Posted January 12, 2008 Report Share Posted January 12, 2008 HI everyone I know it says 1-2 teaspoons of this per glass but I have been using a 1 tbsp measure. I have candida so take this amount 3 times a day I have also started rinsing my hair in ACV about 2 tbsp in a glass of warm water over the sink. I don't know how many times a week people do this.
