Guest guest
I agree, , about being more stiff in the morning when I've slept longer. When I get 7 or so hours of sleep a night, I'm stiffer when I wake up. But I prefer to be stiff and sleep more. When I sleep less every night for a week or two, I tend to feel grouchy and have little patience. My rheumatologist gave me an Rx for Ambien to use when needed because I'd been having weeks of low quality sleep. Funny thing is, once I filled the Rx, I started sleeping better, so I haven't tried it, but it's comforting to know it's there if/when the poor sleep pattern starts again.
