Glad it worked, actually the thanks belongs to Dominic Antifaro who runs the

kefir group.

It was at his suggestion that I tried it. Need to do it again. I feel

terrible and lost my voice. Heading for the fridge right now.

Were you able to get your hubby to eat a few grains?
