I think you should forget about nutrition information. Drinking

Kombucha will help stimulate your metabolism and help you lose

weight. I think counting calories is misguided and only leads to an

unhealthy, obsessive relationship with food. Counting calories, both

consumed and expended, is largely meaningless anyway because of the

huge potential for variability in basal metabolic rate, which is

influenced by many factors, not least among them, emotional and

energetic states. But if you must know, I think I read that 8 oz. of

Kombucha has 30 calories.

Oh, that's so good to read. I do no longer feel alone in pouring

scorn on calorie-counting. I have so many more interesting things to do

than to run after that vain pursuit.

A little bit of what you fancy is fine.

And a lot of Kombucha (if you fancy it) is even finer.

It's super food and does you good whether you joined the

weight watchers or not.

It's also good, because it acts as an appetite regulator.

You try it, when in a moment of peckishness your body demands

forbidden foods. There is nothing more effective than Kombucha

to shut up the griping ;-)

Blessings,

Margret:-)
