Guest guest
Beth, The difference between KT in a bag vs brewed KT. I garden organic and throughout the growing season I have a constant brew of alfalfa tea going in a huge container in my back garden. When you brew (ferment) the alfalfa tea and when its at it's peek, the tea is teaming with living micro organisms. These living organisms feed the soil and help the plant (or in the case of KT the human) adsorb the nutriments efficiently. So alfalfa is a fabulous nutrient, brewed it is uber fab. The same holds true with kombucha tea bags, it will contain trace amounts of all the marvelous stuff in kombucha, but it is not alive. Like yogurt if it doesn't have living cultures in it... it's just tart pudding.
