Unique scobys?

Another question....

I have at least 6 jars of kombucha fermenting. Each one has a

different " recipe " -- mostly different tea combinations. Is there any

reason why I need to keep track of which is which? For example, if I

have a green/white tea brew going, is it ok to use that scoby next in a

batch of black only tea?

If I did put a " green/white " scoby in a black tea batch, and then made

several more black tea teas, would the first one or couple taste

different than some down the line? (Because there would

be " green/white " ?????? in the scoby for the first one?) I hope this

makes sense.

If I'm experimenting with different sugars and amounts of sugars, would

that make a difference?

Thanks,

Caty
