Guest guest Posted January 4, 2008 Report Share Posted January 4, 2008 OK Try this Take 2 oz of ACV added to 8 oz of water or your favorite juice( grape juice works rather well) If you need more sweetening add some pure maple syrup or molasses or a few drops of liquid stevia. Shake it all up and add 2 T of the mixture to a glass of juice or water. At this point I also add a dropperful of cayenne tincture and take it all at once. Your cocktail will keep for several weeks with no refrigeration. zoe > Zoe, > Honesty?
