Dear Ones,

I put all those gallons of strong Kombucha Tea into glass jars with canni=

ng-type lids to save for real starter. No more distilled white vinegar, e=

xcept for one.=20

I brewed in the kitchen and living room and don't know what to expect wit=

h all the fluctuating temperatures.

O. For my old 28 cu. ft. refrig-freezer with the door taped open a crack =

and a constant temperature of 78 to 80 degrees F. because it sat next to =

the motor of my l4 cu. ft. freezer. I had to throw them both out to get a=

front-loading washer and dryer in my kitchen. Also lost most of my count=

er space. But my machines save me now since my son wets so much bedding.=20=
