Does anyone else have a new scoby in one of those 2.8 gallon glass jars

from brylane? Wow what a whopper 13 inches in diameter (aprox). I

have two of them.

I have one by Anchor Hocking 2.5 - 2.8 I'm not sure. I;m brewing my

first batch now.

It looks promising.
