Removed the Advertising Policy from the list FILES

Hi EveryOne,

Some of you will be glad to hear that I have deleted the recent no

advertising policy from the FILES section because it was not working the way

I had intended.

My intention was, and still is, to stop owners of commercial Kombucha sites

from putting links in their posts and posting to the list primarily to

increase traffic to their sites and also placing advertising for their sites

in the LINKS and FILES section of the list homepage. It shall remain true

that, with the exception of the list owner, no commercial Kombucha sites can

place links or advertisements, anywhere, on the Original Kombucha list.

It was never my intention to prevent list members from being able to freely

share useful links and sites with each other. Please feel free to do so!
