Adding Kombucha fiber to your day

Hello to All,

I had all these extra pancakes of KT so I decided to experiment with

them. I blended them all up like a puree and added them to the usual

mix of tea ( a cup of pureed KT to 3.5 quarts of tea). I was curious if

it would produce another scoby on top. It did. In doing so the pureed

part did not resolidify and I strained it out. When I bottled there was

some puree of KT in the bottled liquid. So when I drank my KT I was

getting some of the pureed KT. So I was thinking it was a rather

pleasant way of consuming some of those extra pancakes and adding fiber

to your diet for those that are interested in eating the scoby

itself. My kids thought this was the best batch. However, I must add

that my bottled KT never sits more than 5 days on the counter of a 72

degree home.
