To much sugar!

Good evening everyone!

I've been making kombucha now for 1 month now. Tonight, I made a big

mistake by putting too much white sugar. I put 2 cups of white sugar

in 2 litres of tea preparation + 20% of old preparation. I just

notice when I wash the dishes because I say the 1 cup measure instead

of the 1/2 cup measure. What should I do??? Should I start over or

wait longer, like 20 days instead of 10 days?
