hi everyone

I'm back from belgium, and after 4 weeks of over indulgent eating decided it

was time to join weight watchers again.

Now i'm trying to figure out the 'points' value for everything i eat and

drink, and as i eat from scratch usually, thats not too bad, but kombucha and

the water kefir are giving me a little bit of trouble.

Obviously, neither contains saturated fats, but they are both made with

sugars. Both of htem have fermented these sugars away from being sugar or

ethanol (mostly) and into ...well, acids, i think?

Does anyone here do weight watchers and have a clue what their points value

is or a clue how to explain this in a coherent sense?
