Hi Bev,

Alkalol is my latest find. My choir director told us

about it. Amazing stuff and is not as irritating as

salt water or KT.

I get it special order from the pharmacy. It is very

natural.

If you want to fry your nose!Ouch! It is true we have living good bugs

in our mucosal cavities. But I think Kt is not the way to go..At least

in your nose! Here is an idea used in more holistic countries and

breaking new ground...Get a person who never has nose problems. Have

them rinse their nose with saline solution collect it in a bowl now

take the rinse that came out of the nose and reuse it in yours. Now you

have inoculated your nose with the good bugs this person has and you

may be lacking. You may have to do this periodically to get the colonies

going!Melody in Pearland

You can use the nasal syringe or neti bowl ...
