Subject: Re: Uses of KT

I use my highly fermented KT as a window washer solvent. I add a bit of

KT and lots of water(possible ratio: 2parts kt -4-5 parts water- 5-10

drops of T T oil).I added Tee Tree Oil -for sent mostly and it cleans

my mirrors and windows wonderfully.

I also use it to clean my counter after dinner. It does not seem to

get stains up or magic marker or ink that was left from a label left in

moister on the counter but after I cut chicken or if it is just really

messy it is great for the job.

I have put baking soda down my slow drain and on top of that drizzle

KT and you get cleaning bubbles. Helped the drain go down better. I

think I will do this every other day for a couple days to really get

the drain to drain even better.

Now I know why people find all these uses for KT. My 4th batch

was ready after only 4 days (It is starting to get warm here in

Phoenix.) and I was still finishing up drinking my 2nd batch.

The good news, after a couple of weeks, the bad effects of

starting with too much Kefir too fast, they have gone. I started

the KT later so I knew better by then and went slower. Anyway,

now I can drink it more often.

Hello all!

I'm the lurker in question in this sorry tale. Thanks for all your

input and stuff - I thought I'd share the news (recently discovered by

me) that highly fermented kombucha makes an excellent acid hair rinse.

Especially useful if you wash your hair in soap (i.e.

sodium/potassium hydroxide-saponified oils) rather than detergent

(i.e. SLS stuff). Though it's probably good for your hair in either case.

Wash your hair, bung it on and (unless you're really brave) rinse off.

Ta-daaaa!

Puts a whole new slant on " Coming out " , welcome at last.

N. England.

If a group has NO topic there's no such thing as going " Off-topic "

A.B.A.L.T.A.T.

" Any, LEGAL, topic which other groups would consider Off-Topic. "

Any advance on 6?
