I thought I would be away at most a week, but it has been almost two months. I am finally back home, and I reached into the fridge for a pitcher of kombucha and drank a tall cold glass. I did not even think about it being two months old, until I realized that it did not taste as strong as I usually make it. Will it make me sick, or cause health problems? Should I pour it out?
