THINGS WERENT SO BAD AT FIRST INFACT I WAS DOING VERY WELL WITH MOVEMENTS ..BUT NOW I FIND THE PAIN IS WORSE AND THAT MY KNEE IS SWELLING HOT AND BURNING.DONT KNOW IF I HAVE BE OVERDOING THINGS ANYONE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE?
