Guest guest
Hi~ I'm sorry about posting to the group, I couldn't find the original e-mail about psoriasis and if KT helps... I have numerous skin " gifts " since birth. Most of the psoriasis resides behind my ears and the base of my scalp, although I have dry itchy patches that are less occurring on my stomach, arms, knees and toes. I have experienced less itching on my scalp now that i am drinking 6oz of KT each morning. I have been eating a diet of 50-75% raw for about 2 months before drinking KT and had started seeing some improvement with my skin in general before KT. I still can tell a difference in the skin where the patches have always been, they are a bit rougher, yet they are improving and the flaking is nearly gone. When I get stressed though, the first thing I do is itch!! There are many triggers for psoriasis, and KT isn't a cure but I believe does help. Meditation, yoga, and a better diet helps just as much. I'm 40 years old and I am just finding that out! KT hugs~ in FL there is always a way... it is just how willing we are to find it ~ Maegan Harley If you realized how powerful your thoughts are, you would never think another negative thought. ~Peace Pilgrim **************Start the year off right.
