Hi EveryOne,

Having had the flu this winter, I learned about two natural methods

that were a big help with allergies, coughs, congestions, sinus

problems etc.

The first is the " Neti Pot " which you can find on any search

engine...it is basically nasal irrigation with warm salt water which

can clear congestion, remove allergens and prevent post nasal drip

which can cause coughing.

The second is a steam facial....one brand is KAZ and is available

online. Breathing the steam for 10 minutes, which stays at a uniform

temperature and to which essential oils can be added, not only helps

to clear the lungs and mucus membranes but it is also extremely relaxing.

Of course, Kombucha is helpful for allergies and illnesses too. Just

thought I would share a few of the things that really helped in

addition to Kombucha.

Peace, LOve and Harmony,

Bev
