Sending your posts in this one word to a line form isn't very considerate of the

digest subscribers, and they are irritating to read. maybe you should have

truncated the message and left the other stuff where it was.

NOW:

EXPERIMENTATION

I

will

second

that,

Bill.

I

discovered

today

that

I

DO

NOT

like

the

taste

of

commercial

frozen

peaches

added

to

a

secondary

ferment.

I

am

sure

it

is

because

they

are

not

at

their

peak

ripeness

like

when

you

get

them

fresh

in

season

and

choose

your

own.

It

took

me

experimenting

to

realize

this!

I

also

prefer

blackberries

and

raspberries

that

I

pick

in

my

own

yard

and

freeze

over

commercial

ones

but

those

are

still

very

palatable.

FWIW

for

anyone

who

has

access

to

those

amazingly

sweet,

picked

at

the

perfect

time,

and

frozen

peaches

added

to

Earl

Gray

KT

for

secondary

ferment,

make

an

amazing

drink!

Who

knows

if

I

put

enough

commas

in

that

sentence!!

Janice, sending your personal gripes to the list isn't very

considerate of all list subscribers, and they are irritating to read.

In the future, please contact list members individually if you have

personal comments or suggestions. In this case, you would've saved

yourself from looking foolish, as you could've found out (as was

discussed a couple of weeks ago) from that he can't help the

one-word-per-line format. It's a glitch of unknown cause.

Cheers!

I presume you mean me and I whole-heartedly agree. As I posted, at least once,

previously IF you know how to correct it let me know ASAP.

I'm leaving the original untouched, just to see what happens to it. Since I

can't see what happened to the last one.
