the Minstrel's Kombucha project

Hello, and Greetings from the Derby/UK Kombucha Brewer,

Ever since my most often used website with 'Kombucha culture in

development' disappeared off the internet :-( I made up my mind

to do a little photographic project myself over a period of

about 7 days, which also included a little write-up for every day,

as well as an introductory home page starter and a 'Finally' say after

day 7.

It is meant to be a little help especially for Newbies who can easily

get disturbed about strange but normal phenomena that can happen

during the fermentation process which changes sweet tea + a KT

culture into healthy Kombucha tonic.

As I am still struggling with my blog, my husband (who can do html code)

helped me to transfer the whole thing onto our own website.
