Guest guest
Yes!!! i never took a nap in the daytime until i was about 70 yrs old and now, for the past two years, if i sit down can't stay awake .! but i am a night person and don't get much sleep at night either, so by 1:30 p m i sit down and try to watch a tv program and fall asleep. BUT GIRL!!! we need it! don't feel bad about getting a little rest. i take a short afternoon nap and then by 8 pm i find i can't keep my eyes open and doze off and on till the 10 oclock news and then i wake up and can't go to sleep sometimes till 1 or 2 a.m.!! think i'll go to bed NOW!! or at least pretty soon! love... granny leep.s.be sure you are getting proper nourishment, and enjoy what rests you can take. ----- Original Message ----- From: Rheumatoid Arthritis Sent: Friday, December 12, 2003 9:39 PM Subject: Re: I'm soooooo tired In a word ,YES!RA kicks my butt to the point where I need a nap nearly everyday.
