I am cj and i have a great family- we are particularly interested in this mysterious tea. =) i have been brewing for about 1month now and i would like to ask a few little questions. 1) i have put my finished brew in jars and bottles. my question is, can i start a new batch with the new, tiny and clear scobys forming on the top of the finished brew?? 1a) if so, how long will it take to get it to be fully fermented?? and yeild a mature scoby? thanks so much for having such a busy group with tons of members and action. this question has been eating at me for hours now, and it didnt take long to find you, so i am actually looking forward to a response. cj Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
