Her kt is oversweet, makes her dizzy and she is about to give up brewing. Any advice? She followed the recipe posted on this site and has cut some of the sugar, or at least reduced it. She bottles at 7 days. g2. My KT continues to be flat. I am reusing old KT bottles. I bottle, add ginger, wait a few days, then refrigerate, it is usually flat and sweet.
