Guest guest
Molly, I know exactly what your going through because I am having the same problem. The doctor said it was my rotator cuff and that I have the beginning of a frozen shoulder. He's been working on it and I have to move my arm in a backward motion (like throwing a ball overhand) several times a day even though it hurts. He also has me walking my fingers up the wall and stretching even though it hurts like hell. His opinion your frozen shoulder is from implant adhesions, scar tissue and from me not moving it as much because of the muscle contractions in that implant. Another reason why I want to get these implants out. I just pray that my shoulder will be better after they are out. Penni Re: Shoulder pain molly, two years ago my shoulders started hurting and cracking whenever I lifted my arms above my head. I just never thought it could be related to my implants. I finally went in to see my internist, who said she thought I had torn my rotator cuff? I have done nothing that would put stress on my shoulder, so I have no idea what may have happened. Guest guest
I am going to ask my rheumatologist about the connective issue question. I see her Monday when she will go over the xrays with me. My internist told me to get it taken care of (whatever that means), because my shoulder could 'freeze' on me. Someone mentioned 'freezing' shoulder but I don't know what that means exactly. > >> Has anyone had shoulder pain for seemingly no reason? Guest guest
I don't know that mine 'pop'. It just hurts in my shoulder and in the front near my pecs. And I haven't done anything to cause that, that I can think of... I am going to step up my exercising (walking) a bit, but I haven't been lifting weights or heavy things. > > I've been having a few problems with a popping > shoulder lately. . .
