Guest guest Posted March 22, 2008 Report Share Posted March 22, 2008 I am using the same recipe I have always used but suddenly my babies are not developing thick as they have in the past but rather very, very thin...almost look like a scim on the top they are so thin. Any ideas why after more than a year of brewing I would get this change? The kombucha still tastes great and carries the same characteristics otherwise that we have always like..like devloping nice fizz in second fermentation in grosch bottles.
